Rewards System, Fairness & Anti-Abuse Policy

This section defines how the Xorchain community reward system operates during early stages of the project. Its purpose is to ensure transparency, fairness, and long-term trust.

What the Reward Pool Contains

During Stage 1 and early development phases, the Xorchain reward pool may include:

• XP-based recognition (primary metric)

• Reputation badges displayed on user profiles

• Whitelist or early-access eligibility for future programs

• Priority participation in testnet and research initiatives

• Eligibility consideration for future Xorchain token distributions

The reward pool does not represent guaranteed financial value and does not constitute an investment or promise of profit. Token-based rewards, if any, will only be introduced after sufficient testing and public announcements.

XP to Reward Calculation (Illustrative Model)

XP points measure contribution and participation quality.

Reward distribution follows a proportional model:

• A reward pool is defined for a fixed reward period

• Total XP earned by all eligible participants is calculated

• Each participant’s share is determined by their relative contribution

Example (illustrative only):

User Reward Share = (User XP ÷ Total Eligible XP) × Reward Pool

Additional weighting factors may be applied to favor:

• Consistent participation

• High-quality feedback

• Technical or research contributions

Final calculations are subject to review to prevent abuse or manipulation.

Reward Rules & Fairness Principles

Xorchain is committed to fair and transparent reward distribution. The following principles apply:

• XP points have no monetary value and are non-transferable

• Rewards are distributed only at the end of defined reward periods

• Participation does not guarantee rewards

• Xorchain reserves the right to adjust reward criteria when necessary

• Decisions are guided by contribution quality, not volume alone

All reward-related changes will be communicated publicly.

Anti-Abuse & Security Rules

To protect the integrity of the reward system, Xorchain enforces the following rules:

• One account per participant

• No use of bots, scripts, or automation

• No spam, fake engagement, or low-quality submissions

• Manual review may be applied to suspicious activity

• Accounts found abusing the system may have XP reduced or reset

• Rewards may be withheld or revoked in cases of manipulation

Repeated or severe abuse may result in permanent exclusion from future programs.

Transparency & Adjustments

Xorchain reserves the right to:

• Modify XP values and reward criteria

• Pause or extend reward periods

• Exclude activities that undermine system integrity

Any changes will be announced clearly and documented.

This rewards system is part of an early-stage research initiative and may evolve as Xorchain develops. Participation implies acceptance of these rules.
