Stage 1 — Community Growth & Awareness
The first stage focuses on building an informed, active, and reward-driven community around Xorchain.
Key objectives:
Drive traffic to the Xorchain platform
Grow social, research, and developer communities
Share educational content and research updates
Curate and list third-party airdrops to help users discover external opportunities
Introduce a community reward pool to incentivize participation
During this stage, users can earn XP points by completing learning tasks, contributing feedback, participating in community activities, and engaging with the platform. XP points are used to measure participation and contribution quality.
At the end of each reward period, participants may be rewarded based on their accumulated points, according to predefined and transparent criteria. Rewards are designed to encourage meaningful engagement and do not represent guaranteed financial returns.
At this stage, Xorchain does not operate its own blockchain or live token. Third-party airdrops and reward activities are shared strictly for informational and community-building purposes, with clear disclaimers that Xorchain is not responsible for external projects.
Stage 2 — Test Network Development
Once a strong community foundation is established, Xorchain will move into technical experimentation.
Key objectives:
Design and deploy a test blockchain network
Experiment with core protocol components
Test performance, security assumptions, and scalability concepts
Publish technical documentation and gather community feedback
This stage is focused entirely on learning and iteration. The test network will not hold real value and is intended solely for development and experimentation.
Stage 3 — Community Testing & Xorchain Token Airdrop
In Stage 3, Xorchain introduces broader community participation in testing the network.
Key objectives:
Launch a test-focused Xorchain token airdrop
Use XP points and participation metrics to determine eligibility
Incentivize users to test network features and report issues
Identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities
The token distribution at this stage is designed to support testing and validation, not speculation. Participation helps strengthen the network before mainnet release.
Stage 4 — Main Network & Decentralized Wallet
The final stage marks the transition from testing to production.
Key objectives:
Release the Xorchain main network
Launch a decentralized Xorchain wallet for users
Enable secure asset management and network interaction
Begin gradual decentralization and ecosystem expansion
This stage represents the realization of Xorchain’s long-term vision, built on research, community involvement, and responsible development.
